Orgasmic Meditation

Orgasmic Meditation (OM) is a unique wellness practice that combines mindfulness with the power of the deeply human, deeply felt experience of Orgasm. OM puts you in touch with your body and your sexuality. You practice OM with another person for 15 minutes with no goal other than to feel the sensation.

Science is showing that people who practice OM are happier, healthier and can focus more easily. Through OM, we experience more intimacy and connection in our lives.

Take A Class

Our one-day Intro to Orgasmic Meditation Class is a fun and safe way to learn from experts in the field. We will teach you everything you need to know to start the practice of OM. You don’t practice OM in the class, but you’ll learn the mechanics so you can try it yourself at home.

Confidentially and professionally held, the course is a fun and welcoming day with experts in the field. Learn, experience, ask questions. After a day, you'll feel excited to take the new information and start a new practice.
