Women Over Dinner begins from a simple premise: that when women gather — truly gather, without agenda or performance — something essential moves between them. The power that has been managed, diminished, and redirected outward begins to remember itself.

The Movement
The program convenes dinners around the world — in homes, in restaurants, in community spaces — creating conditions for the kind of conversation that doesn’t happen in ordinary life. Not networking. Not therapy. Something older: women in a room, fed, seen, and speaking from what is actually true.
In December 2024, Women Over Dinner held its first dinner inside a prison — at Taconic Correctional Facility. On the same day, 100 women around the world hosted dinners in solidarity with the women inside.
Over 4,823 women from 26 countries and 105 cities have attended Women Over Dinner events worldwide.
