COME JOIN OUR TEAM

We are looking to hire four Sales rockstars-- people who love promoting OneTaste Courses and retreats to new prospects as well as building deeper and stronger relationships with existing client base. This is a full-time position that can be based out of New York, Los Angeles or San Francisco.

ABOUT YOU

You are great face-to-face sales professional and are eager to build, manage, and close attendees in event and course leads. You are a quick thinker and fast learner with a strong desire to both contribute and develop yourself. As a key member of an ambitious, innovative team, you are fiery enough to fight for what you think is right, humble enough to withstand rejection, and aware enough to abandon your idea when a better solution arises. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced go-getter looking to build sales, a business, and themselves.

MUST HAVES

  • 1-3 years of consultative sales experience
  • Ability to close course enrollees
  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled, articulate, and improvisational speaker
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Startup experience; willing to work in a fun environment

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

  • Closing sales during events and courses for on enrollment into our flagship Coaching Program
  • Prospect for leads with a "hunter" mentality
  • Meet or exceed annual sales revenue goal
  • Create and build a master account client list with the Director of sales and update client list weekly
  • Create, build and execute a quarterly sales plan approved by the Director of Sales
  • Develop and implement a Local Courses Sales / Business plan for assigned territories and markets
  • Accurately track sales activity Via Salesforce: sales appointments, sales calls, prospecting calls, maintenance calls, networking and site tours (daily, weekly, and monthly)
  • Tracker – Accurately track all sales activity/daily. (sales appointments, qualified leads)
  • Pipeline – Accurately track all qualified sales leads and lost leads/daily
