OM combines the focus and awareness of meditation with the powerful sensation of orgasm to reach a mental state that improves wellbeing, focus, emotional intelligence, connection, and fulfillment. The Production Lead will be responsible for managing all the details of our immersion-style courses, from start to finish. These courses include OneTaste Intensives, Retreats, Member Retreats, and Lineage Retreats. For this complex event management position, the ability to multitask and communicate effectively is essential. Responsibilities include: the management of all student and teacher needs (dietary, housing, etc,); acquiring and maintenance of supplies; communication and collaboration with the sales, curriculum, and student coordination teams to meet goals and expectations for courses; staffing and managing a team of volunteers to ensure that all production roles are filled and executed during a course.

  • Meet or exceed production budget goals for all courses
  • Staff and train a strong volunteer team for each course, meeting regularly to ensure that the courses and its volunteers have what they need
  • Develop and maintain systems to keep accurate inventory of on-site supplies; order and/or purchase all necessary supplies and ensure their timely arrival
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with students, guests, guest teachers, and event venue staff
  • Find proactive, creative solutions for incoming requests from curriculum, sales, and marketing teams
  • Attend to various issues that arise during courses
  • Create setup and strike lists for events; meet all deadlines for setup and strike
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all event venue staff; ensure all staff and students adhere to all procedures laid out in contracts
  • Ensure that facilities are cleaned, maintained, and set up appropriately dependent on the activity for which they are being used
  • Coordinate the pick-up of supplies and teachers from airports during courses
  • Create spreadsheets to track volunteers, organize all staff and guest travel, organize dietary needs of staff and students, and communicate with the necessary people all needs
