Global Sales Director

RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, excited and supportive of who we are and what we do - personally driven to make a significant impact in the world. You must be an exceptional leader and set a great example for everyone. You must be able lead, train and grow a sales team in everything from lead generation to closing sales to coordinating marketing campaigns (with marketing department) to using data to drive individual and team growth. You must be hands on and willing to generate leads and close sales, but always ensuring that you are getting the most out of your team. You must be driven to help our customers live their best possible life and ensure that every enrollment with us is a great fit.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets
  • Scale sales capability by hiring, training, motivating, coaching, inspiring the team
  • Establish performance goals for each employee, and coach team members to over-perform
  • Leverage sales software systems (CRM) to forecast, track and report on sales performance to senior management with a high degree of accuracy
  • Contribute to the coordination of the sales operations with all the other departments and affiliates
  • Participate in our overall sales and marketing strategy development

EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in a solution-selling environment, preferably that solution being in the lifestyle/personal development arena
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota
  • Extensive professional sales experience using various selling methodologies.
  • Proven experience building and scaling sales teams and individuals
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly developed client solution selling skills / targeting skills
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, motivate and coach leaders and teams to consistent year over year goal achievement
  • Proven experience with leveraging data to drive improvement
  • Experience communicating sales forecasts and results to senior management with precision
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain key customer relationships
