POSITION Account Development/Sales
LOCATION San Francisco, CA
COMPENSATION Compensation is a hybrid base with performance factors.

Expected Results

Drive sales to new accounts as well as develop existing accounts
Develop a 3X pipeline
Make 60 to 70 daily outbound calls
Work 11:00 to 7:00 week days and scheduled hours weekends (total 5 day a week.)

Account Development Key Responsibilities

Leveraging the vision of the Founders, the CEO, and the VP of Sales the AD will acquire new accounts and develop a book of business with existing accounts with consideration to the vision’s purpose, mission, culture, core values. This will be accomplished by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing relationships that will result in filling live session classes and events.

We are looking for someone that is ambitious and resourceful who will grow with the company! Good phone presentation skills and ability to sell and educate using primarily the phone.


2+ years inside sales experience in a business to consumer environment
Quota responsibility of at least $500,000
Strong experience with a CRM ( SalesForce a plus)
Familiarity building a sales pipeline across many stages of a customer lifecycle
Adept at creating life-long customers
Experience selling products over $20k in price
Ability to make 60-70 calls per day

Not Required But Desirable

Experience with and/or CRMs
Experience in the personal development industry would be valuable
Experience in any affiliate industry
