Yoga. Meditation. OM.

I say orgasm, you say… yoga? Yes, that’s the vision. Our vision, for where OM and the female orgasm will fit into all of our lives. Like yoga, OM adds a new dimension to something we already know.

Yoga took an activity we previously called “exercise” and used it as a gateway to something infinitely deeper and more satisfying. OM takes an activity we previously thought of as “sex” and opens a gateway to that same deeper dimension of experience.

Yoga uses the body, just like exercise. But it’s something more at the same time. OM uses the genitals, just like sex. But it’s not the same as sex—there’s something more to it.

And of course, it’s a meditation. Which is just a fancy way of saying there’s no goal. It’s only clichéd because it’s true: life is about the journey rather than the destination. Same goes for OM. Like meditation, OM is all about paying attention to what’s happening right now. Forget the past and the future. What can you feel right now?

Like meditation, OM is a practice. Meaning you do it over and over, whether or not you necessarily feel like it. Quite different from sex. You don’t have to be “in the mood.” And it’s new and different every time.

Most meditation focuses on the breath. It just so happens that OM centers on the genitals. Lucky us—it’s even more fun.

So yes, you heard it here first. The OneTaste vision: Yoga, Meditation, Orgasm. And you won’t even have to whisper the word “orgasm.”
