Getting to Know Sensation

OM is a sensation based meditation, the entire focus is on what you're feeling in your body. Most of us have never practiced describing our experiences from the perspective of physical sensation. We are here to say that there is a whole other world of rich experience that lies within our physical sensations alone; and learning to put language to it can give you direct access to that world, and the pleasure that awaits you there.
